The Bert’s Custom Tackle Swivel Mount Downrigger Base features 12 locking positions with positive lock stainless components. This base is fully adjustable, with the ability to rotate in a complete circle and lock at any 30 degree position. The Delrin bearing surface will insure that riggers and pot pullers will always swivel.
