The Cannon Downrigger Stainless Steel Low Profile Swivel Base is cast from 316 stainless steel to resist rusting, pitting and corroding. This 16-point swivel bases locks every 22.5-degrees and provides 360-degrees rotation on any Cannon downrigger.
