This base is constructed from solid anodized aluminum with stainless steel ball bearings for smooth movement. The Downrigger Swivel Base is equipped with an easy grip T-handle to assist when rotating the unit. The base also has 16 positions, indexing every 22 1/2 degrees and is held by a stainless steel pin into a tapered hole. The Cisco Heavy-Duty Downrigger Swivel Base works well with Cisco or Big Jon downriggers and thumbscrew mounts.
