The transducer cable protector prevents cables from falling between the motor and base, which could cause them to be pinched and cut. Once installed, your cables will be securely held against the trolling motor shaft, providing a streamlined appearance and superior protection.

Precision Sonar offers a Cable Keeper Kit for Minn Kota Fortrex, Minn Kota Ultrex, and Minn Kota Ultrex Quest (fits Ultrex Quest model only; will not fit non-Quest model). There are also Cable Keeper Kits for Lowrance Ghost and the Garmin Force transducer. You’ll ensure these transducer investments are safe with the appropriate Precision Sonar Cable Keeper kit.
